I write about the things I encounter while building systems, working with data, understanding organizations and trying to make better decisions. Most of it comes out of the same handful of questions: what is this data actually for, why did this system end up this way, and what would change if we got the answer wrong.
By day I'm a Software Engineer II at PromptCloud / 42Signals, building data pipelines and intelligence systems for fashion and retail e-commerce — competitive intelligence, price intelligence, search intelligence, and the infrastructure underneath all three. I'm currently pursuing an M.Tech in Data Science and Engineering at BITS Pilani, alongside that work.
